About Prima Invoice

Why we built it

Small businesses tend to face two kinds of invoicing tools. Free generators are quick, but most stop at the PDF: nothing is saved, nothing reminds the client, and nobody knows whether the invoice was paid. Full invoicing and accounting suites do all of that, but they are priced for companies with an accounting department. FreshBooks, for example, lists its Lite plan at $23 per month for invoicing up to 5 clients (regular price, checked 25 October 2026).

Prima Invoice sits in between. The generator is free and needs no account, so anyone can send a professional invoice today. When you are ready, a low-cost Pro account keeps your clients and products, numbers documents, sends them, tracks them and follows up on late payments.

How we work

• Start without an account. You should be able to make and download an invoice before you give anyone your email address.
• Your invoice data is yours. The free generator keeps what you type in your browser, and Pro accounts can export everything to CSV at any time.
• We never touch your money. Clients pay you through your own Stripe or PayPal account; Prima Invoice is not a payment processor.
• No invented proof. You will not find made-up reviews, ratings, user counts or customer logos on this site. If we show a review one day, it will be real and used with permission.
• Plain English. Prima Invoice is written in English for a global audience, with clear labels and no jargon where a normal word will do.

What Prima Invoice is not

Prima Invoice is not accounting software. It does not keep a ledger, file tax returns or run payroll, and it does not calculate tax rules for any country. You enter your own tax labels and rates, and you remain responsible for using the right ones. For anything beyond invoicing, an accountant and an accounting package are the right tools, and our CSV export is designed to hand them clean data.

Who runs Prima Invoice

Prima Invoice is a product of Creativism Digital Marketing Agency, based in Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Creativism designs, builds and operates the service, answers support messages and decides what gets built next. You can learn more about the agency at creativism.id.

Because the team works from Indonesia, our working hours follow Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7). Messages that arrive outside those hours are read when the next working day starts.

Invoicing in Indonesia

Prima Invoice is built for the global, English-speaking market. Businesses that want to invoice in Bahasa Indonesia are better served by our sister product Neracaku, which has its own invoice and receipt tool.

Where we are today

Prima Invoice is new. The free generator, templates, and the quote, estimate and receipt makers are available to everyone. Pro features are in Early Access, which means they are free for signed-in users while we learn what freelancers and small teams need most. The planned price is on the pricing page.
