Sign in with your email address, confirm it with the link we send, and set up your business profile. Pro features switch on straight away at no cost. You can use them for real clients and real invoices.
Pro will then need a paid plan at the price shown on this page. Nothing is charged automatically, because we never store card details: you decide whether to buy Pro. Without it, the free generator keeps working and your saved documents stay readable and exportable.
There is no checkout on the site yet. You message us on WhatsApp or email hello@primainvoice.com, whichever you prefer, we agree the payment method, and we activate Pro on your account for a month or a year. You receive an order reference for your records.
You get a 7-day grace period with email notices on day 0, day 3 and day 7. After that, automation such as reminders and recurring invoices stops, while your documents, clients and products stay available to read and export.
We want Pro to cost less than the paid plans of better-known invoicing tools, while the free generator covers occasional invoicing. These are the regular prices each provider listed on its own pricing page when we checked on 25 October 2026. Prices and promotions change often, so check the provider's page before you decide.

Zoho Invoice is a strong free option that already includes payment reminders and recurring invoices. Prima Invoice differs by letting you make an invoice without any account at all, and by keeping Pro to a small set of invoicing features at a low price.

Yes. Pro is priced in US dollars. Your invoices can use any ISO 4217 currency on both plans.
Clients and products are unlimited under fair use. Sending is shared during Early Access: each account can send up to 5 emails per day, covering invoices, payment reminders and recurring invoices together. Extra emails are queued for the next day, never dropped, and you can always share an invoice's online link by hand.
No. Clients pay you through your own Stripe or PayPal link, and Prima Invoice never handles the money. Your payment provider charges its own fees.
